Refund Policy
We believe in fair, transparent refunds. Here's exactly when and how you can get your money back.
1. Eligibility for Refund
You may be eligible for a full refund in the following circumstances:
- Your request was cancelled before any CA accepted it.
- NomikPro is unable to fulfil your request due to a platform issue or lack of available professionals.
- Duplicate payment was made for the same request.
- The service delivered was materially different from what was specified at the time of placing the request.
2. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds are not available in the following cases:
- Work has commenced or been completed by the assigned CA.
- You change your mind after a CA has accepted the request.
- Government statutory fees already paid to regulatory authorities on your behalf.
- Delays caused by factors outside NomikPro's control (regulatory processing, government portals, etc.).
- Non-approval of your application by a government authority for substantive reasons.
- Inaccurate or incomplete information was provided by you at the time of the request.
3. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please follow these steps:
- Log in to your NomikPro account and navigate to the relevant request.
- Click 'Cancel Request' if the request has not yet been accepted.
- For other refund situations, email support@nomikpro.in with your request ID and reason.
- Our team will review and respond within 2 business days.
4. Refund Timeline
Once a refund is approved, it will be processed within 7 to 10 business days. The refund will be credited to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
5. Partial Refunds
In cases where a service has been partially completed at the time of a valid refund request, a partial refund reflecting the undelivered portion may be offered. The exact amount will be determined based on the stage of completion and communicated to you clearly before processing.
6. Disputes
If you are not satisfied with the outcome of your refund request, you may escalate the matter by emailing escalations@nomikpro.in. We are committed to resolving all concerns fairly and transparently. Unresolved disputes are subject to the dispute resolution process outlined in our Terms of Service.
