1. About NomikPro

NomikPro is a brand operated by Getnomik Private Limited (CIN: U74909GJ2025PTC169941). It functions as a technology platform that facilitates the delivery of legal and CA services through a network of verified professionals. NomikPro does not itself provide legal advice or accounting services — it coordinates and delivers them through qualified partner professionals.

2. Scope of Services

• Company and business registrations (Pvt Ltd, LLP, OPC, sole proprietorship)
• GST registration, filing, and amendments
• Income tax return filing for individuals, firms, and companies
• ROC and MCA compliance filings
• Trademark and intellectual property registration
• TDS computation and return filing
• Legal document drafting and review
• Bookkeeping, accounting, and advisory services

3. The White-Label Model

NomikPro operates on a city-wise CA marketplace model. Service requests are broadcast to verified CAs in the client's city. The first CA to accept takes on the work. The CA's identity is not disclosed to clients. All professionals operate under NomikPro's quality standards and are bound by confidentiality obligations.

4. User Obligations

• Provide accurate and complete information when registering and placing requests
• Not misuse the platform for fraudulent, illegal, or harmful purposes
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account
• Comply with applicable Indian laws in connection with your use of the platform

5. Payment Terms

Payment for all services is required in full at the time of placing a request. Prices are listed in Indian Rupees and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Government statutory fees (if any) are communicated separately and are non-negotiable amounts payable to regulatory authorities. NomikPro does not offer credit or deferred payment arrangements unless explicitly agreed in writing.

6. Limitations of Service

NomikPro is a service facilitation platform, not a law firm or accounting firm. While we work with qualified professionals, we do not guarantee specific outcomes in government processes, regulatory approvals, or legal proceedings. Timelines for government-dependent processes are estimates subject to regulatory authority processing times outside our control.

7. Liability

NomikPro's liability in any circumstance is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question. NomikPro is not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental losses arising from the use of the platform or reliance on services provided. Professional liability in applicable matters rests with the individual partner professional under applicable professional regulations.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the NomikPro platform — including text, design, graphics, and software — is the property of Getnomik Private Limited and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent from NomikPro.

9. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute, contact our support team at support@nomikpro.in first. Most concerns can be resolved quickly. If a resolution cannot be reached informally within 30 days, disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India, governed by Indian law.

10. Modifications to Terms

NomikPro reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Users will be notified of material changes via email or platform notification. Continued use of the platform following such notification constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
